Found The Way offers a free tier with limited daily and monthly features. Users may upgrade to a paid Plus subscription ($4.99 per month or $29.99 per year) for expanded access. Payments are securely processed via Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to renewal. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account management settings.
All text, career data, questions, graphics, and interactive features are system-generated and proprietary to Found The Way. The application does not host or display user-generated content.
AI-powered features, including the AI Career Coach (Nova) and AI CV Builder, are designed solely for self-discovery and exploratory guidance. They do not constitute certified career counseling, legal, financial, or employment advice. You remain solely responsible for your career choices and decisions.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of Found The Way at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in abuse, automated scraping, or security violations.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Found The Way and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
